  17.     The only upgrade for that modem would be to sell it to someone
  18. else and use the money to buy a new one.  Just about every chip on the
  19. modem board would have to be replaced to upgrade it to v.34, so it's not
  20. too suprising that PPI doesn't offer such an upgrade.
